    Omni-channel thinker is a plus (one voice across web, app, marketing, dental offices).Experience partnering with other copywriters, designers, and cross-functional teams.3+ years copywriting experience (bonus: consumer-focused products or services).Support internal and cross-department reviews with creative thinking and rationale.Proactively ask questions, flag concerns, and offer solutions to keep work on-track and on-brief.Collaborate cross-functionally (marketing, digital, dental, etc.) on high-priority initiatives.Mentor junior writers and designers to continue improving everyone's work and skillset.Partner with writers/designers to brainstorm, work sesh, finalize deliverables.Maintain and streamline copy docs to ensure the team has single source of truth.Gut-check feedback and address it thoughtfully and accurately (not just plug and play).Self-edit copy to fit specific media specs, platform best practices, and the audience.Be meticulously detailed with spelling, grammar, and punctuation.Master and consistently execute quip copy guidelines, tone of voice, and value props.This is a full-time copywriting position with flexible remote working options.
